The best communication I have ever had from a seller. Responds very fast even known we are I'm completely different time zones. I decides to choose this seller as he was very Informative as well. Due to me choosing FedEx/DHL delivery and ordering during 11.11 sale and before black Friday the dispatch was slow but I didn't mind as the seller was busy. Once shipped arrived within 10 days. The product is good, it was all set up and I didn't need to order anything extra. Very good value for money. Probably one of my best purchases so far. Very good value for money, fast let's me run all my programming software on there. The mini pc itself is so very professional looking. It is light weight and good size. Was worried as it doesn't come with a super graphics card but it projects well onto my monitor. Waiting on a DP to Hdmi cable so can't review what it's like across two monitors but so far amazing! LOVE IT! thank you!

Specs not tested as yet. Mini PC powers up well. Did not recognise the PC receiver when inserted in the USB port. I will seek help if I can not trouble shoot later.

The proprietary sata cable is not included. Otherwise the unit functions ok. The heatsink could be improved as the CPU temperature did go up as a high as 0°C under load.

Very fast. The fan is sometimes loud but not annoying. Second HDMI monitor only via active DP converter. I bought a monitor with a DP input and the problem was solved :)
